An 11-year-old girl saved her family by shooting a man who was stabbing the girl’s mother with a knife Wednesday morning in Oklahoma City, said police.
The suspect, identified as 25-year-old Leonard Demon Henry, forcibly entered the mother’s home and began stabbing the woman in the eye, neck and chest.
The victim was identified as Brandy Moreno, an ex-girlfriend of Henry’s who is currently pregnant with his child.
During the altercation, one of the five children inside the home called 911 while 11-year-old Jayda Milsap grabbed her mother’s handgun and fired it at Henry, hitting him at least twice.
When police arrived on the scene the found Henry running away with a gunshot wound.
Both Henry and Moreno were treated for their wounds and will likely recover, authorities said. Henry is set to face charges for the assault following his release from the hospital.
Prior to the incident, Moreno filed a protective order against Henry. She claimed that she “witnessed Henry sexually molesting” one of the children.

Sounds like a bad deal to the mother but ended well so far.
The perp needs to get life in prison then that would be a good ending being the daughter didn’t kill the prick right off.
He got 40 tears so it’s good enough! Sadly they dropped the molestation charges as part of a plea deal so that sucks but it saved my girls a painful trial!
