Savage has moved me and I am not a man who is easily moved! I like the look. This is a good looking rifle in an era of artless tinker toys.
Hi, just wondering will this new model Revel be manufactured up in the Lakefield plant in ontario Canada, or the US plant.
Barrel length? Capacity?
If Savage Arms make such great firearms, how did I purchase one that was unshootable right out of the box? I sent numerous inquiries to their customer support department with zero response. I finally sent it in for warranty work after 6 weeks, I finally get an update. From the parcel delivery company as to when to expect my firearm. I received my firearm and immediately went to the range to see if it would even fire. It didn’t! No response from Savage after several attempts to contact them. I looked over the warrant paperwork as to what they did and I noticed that they ordered and installed a part for a rifle. I had a pistol. I have a very hard time believing that a single customer of Savage is satisfied with their firearm. My opinion: NEVER do business with this company. If you have any issues, even in the warranty period, don’t plan on them assisting you for one second. They apparently have other thing to do that is more important than assisting a paying customer. And lastly, save your time, effort, and money, and buy a better product, which is pretty much every other company than Savage.
As I am always suspicious anymore about this sort of release… I’d sure like to know whether it’s full American made, partially American or altogether imported and re-marked.
