The Browning BLR is a modern lever-action rifle family that pairs traditional lever operation with contemporary features. It uses a glass-smooth rack-and-pinion lever action and a detachable box magazine, allowing the rifle to reliably feed pointed bullets — including magnum cartridges. The receiver is constructed from a lightweight aluminum alloy and is drilled and tapped for optics mounts.
