This appears to be an Old Model (three-screw) Blackhawk based on the frame markings and classic profile. Long-barrel configuration with fixed front sight and adjustable rear sight, classic Western-style handling and strong Ruger build. Finish shows typical light handling wear consistent with a used revolver, with no visible major damage in the photo.
