The Smith & Wesson Model 1854 is a modern lever-action rifle built around a forged 416 stainless steel receiver and a 19.25 in 410 stainless steel barrel. The base synthetic configuration ships with a black synthetic stock and textured grip panels, a flat trigger, a large-loop operating lever and a removable magazine tube for quick unloading.
