The Ruger American Rimfire Target is a bolt-action rimfire rifle built around a cold hammer-forged, threaded 0.860" bull barrel (18" length) with a factory knurled thread protector and a factory-installed one-piece aluminum scope rail. It ships with a detachable, flush-mounted JMX-1 9-round rotary magazine (accepts BX-15® Magnum) and features Ruger’s Power Bedding™ integral bedding block for a free-floated barrel and improved accuracy.
