German Gewehr 98 (Gew98) 1917 Manufactured in Oberndorf, Germany. Rifle is in almost as new condition. Bolt and Reciever is still in polished steel as they were originally issued to German soldiers in WW1. Wood is flawless as well. Barrell and reciever are matching. Bolt cycles extremely smooth. Included with rifle the is the rare "Neuer Art" bayonet (german for "new type") Simson&Suhl manufacture with origianl matching serial numbered leather scabbard. Bayonet and scabbard is in pristine conditon as well. Leather sling included also.
