This is a factory Receiver from a brand new Ruger 10/22-RB, model# 1103, .22 caliber rifle. It is in excellent condition and includes the factory scope-mounting rail and screws.
This item must ship to your local FFL. Your local FFL must accept a shipment from a non-FFL.
Personal/business checks will delay shipping until check has cleared.
