This is a B. Echeverria Star model PS .45 ACP pistol made in Spain. Features: 5" barrel, blued finish, polymer grips, (1) 7 round magazine. As you can see in the pictures has scratches, dings and some etched in both side of the slide. Fair bore. SOLD AS-IS!!! *** ALL USED FIREARMS NEED TO BE PROPERLY INSPECTED BY A LICENSED GUNSMITH BEFORE USE*** WE DON'T ACCEPT ANY RETURNS DUE TO THE CONDITION OF THE ITEM. BUYER MUST SIGNED A WAIVER BEFORE THE GUN IT'S SHIPPED. FFL REQUIRED AT TIME OF PURCHASE. ALL FIREARMS MUST SHIP TO FFL DEALER. NO EXCEPTIONS. A current, valid, signed and dated FFL license must be submitted via email or faxed for each and every gun purchase within 3 days of placing the order if not may be cancel at the seller’s discretion. FFLs must be submitted for each and every firearm order. Purchaser is fully aware and understands that this firearm is sold by Sarco as a “Gunsmith Special”. Purchaser has been advised and is aware that the designation “Gunsmith Special” refers to a firearm that is sold “AS IS” with either missing parts, not operational or not operating correctly. Purchaser is fully aware that operating a firearm in this condition or even after any subsequent repair may be extremely hazardous and could lead to death or serious injury. Purchaser hereby agrees that Purchaser or any of his/her assignees, distributees, guardians and legal representatives, releases Sarco and any of its employees, contractors, agents or affiliated organizations for any and all claims or costs arising out of damages sustained by the use of the firearm purchased by Purchaser including any and all claims for any warranty including the warranty of merchantability.

Every firearm order is thoroughly checked for compliance to state laws. Any order which violates a state law will be immediately canceled.
