The Gracey Power Cartridge Case Trimmer is based on a simple patented principle of registering on the shoulder of the resized cartridge case. You will be trimming within .002 for each cartridge ... uniform trimming and peace of mind. The Gracey Trimmer is a great time saver for it trims, chamfers, and deburs in a single operation. One can trim 300 cartridge cases in just an hour. A ball burnished ballistic aluminum casting houses the trimmer's main parts; the cutters,case holder, bearing and shaft. Two high carbon steel, oil hardened cutters mounted in the face of the rotating shaft form the heart of the Gracey Trimmer. They trim to the proper length at a perfect 90 degree angle to the axis of the case. In operation, one cutter trims the cartridge case to length and puts a chamfer on the inside of the case , the second cutter removes the burr from the outside of the mouth as it is created. A 1/15 hp motor externally grounded to a steel frame turns 1550 rpm. The Gracey Case Trimmer is the most innovative reloading tool ever invented.
