I wasn’t about to let Frank’s incompetence and senility keep me from getting this gun for my wife & son. Frank gave the worst service, communication, and treatment I have ever received. Frank called me names because he was incapable of retrieving an FFL license sent numerous times from my FFL dealer & numerous times from me.
