The rifle is built on forged 7075 aluminum receivers and is offered as part of S&W's Volunteer series. Factory furniture includes a BCMGUNFIGHTER™ M-LOK® forend, B5 Systems SOPMOD stock and B5 P-Grip 23 pistol grip, plus a PWS 762 muzzle brake and a Magpul®-type 20-round magazine included.
