The Winchester Model 1892 Carbine in .44-40 Winchester is a classic lever-action carbine finished in blued steel with a satin-finished walnut straight-grip stock. It ships with a 20in barrel and a 10-round tubular magazine.
Factory features include a semi-buckhorn rear sight and Marble Arms® gold bead front sight, a steel loading gate for smooth loading, and a top tang drilled and tapped for an optional receiver-mounted peep sight. The carbine configuration uses a blued steel carbine strap buttplate and a classic carbine-style forearm with a blued steel barrel band.
