This CZ USA 75B Cold War Commemorative Limited Edition is #179 of 999 pistols from the highly sought-after second production run released in 2016. Because this series is no longer in production, examples from the second run are considered premium conversation pieces among CZ enthusiasts.

This is a highly collectible variant of the legendary Czech-designed CZ 75 9mm pistol developed in 1975. This commemorative edition was originally released by CZ-USA to mark 20 years of freedom after the fall of the Eastern Bloc and features distinctive Soviet-era aesthetic engravings, making it a unique display piece.

The original anniversary run released around 2010 was strictly limited to 999 units (numbered CCCP0001 through CCCP0999). This pistol is #179 (numbered CCCP1179) and belongs to the highly sought-after second production run of 999 (numbered CCCP1000 through CCCP1999) that was released by CZ in 2016. Features the upgraded red lacquer color-fill inside the engraved Hammer and Sickle emblem on the right side of the frame as well as Cyrillic slide markings. It also features a rounded trigger guard rather than the squared-off profile found on the first 999 guns.
