The Remington 887 Nitro Mag is a 12-gauge pump-action field shotgun finished with Remington's ArmorLokt overmolded polymer that covers the steel receiver and barrel to resist corrosion and abrasion. It was offered with a synthetic stock and contoured grip panels and a SuperCell recoil pad. The standard configuration features a 28in ArmorLokt barrel with an integral (solid) rib, a Hi-Viz LitePipe front bead (interchangeable light tube) and a threaded Rem® choke system.
