The Mossberg 702 Plinkster Bantam is a lightweight, semi-automatic .22 LR rifle designed for small-game hunting and recreational plinking. It features a free-floating 18 in blued barrel and adjustable fiber-optic front and rear rifle sights that are adjustable for windage and elevation.
The Bantam model uses a synthetic black stock with a stippled grip and forend and a thick, vented rubber recoil pad for comfort. The dovetailed receiver accepts 3/8" scope mounts (scope mounting rail provided) and the rifle feeds from a detachable 10-round box magazine (10+1 capacity).
