The A400 Xtreme Plus is a gas-operated semi-automatic waterfowl/hunting shotgun built on Beretta's B-LINK gas system and fitted with the Kick-Off Mega recoil reduction system. This Optifade Timber KO variant uses Beretta's Steelium Plus barrels and ships with extended OptimaChoke® HP choke tubes for consistent patterns across shot types.
Factory features verified for the Xtreme Plus family include an enlarged loading port and oversized controls (extended bolt handle and bolt release), a stepped/ventilated 7x7 rib with a fiber-optic front sight and steel mid-bead, an aluminum-alloy receiver, and a synthetic stock with non-slip rubberized grip surfaces and Micro-Core butt pad for reduced perceived recoil.
