The KelTec KSG is a bullpup, dual-tube pump-action 12-gauge shotgun with downward ejection and an ambidextrous layout. It features a top Picatinny-style rail and a bottom rail on the forend for mounting optics and accessories. The KSG uses two internal magazine tubes with a selector allowing up to 7+7+1 (2.75" shells) or 6+6+1 (3" shells) total capacity depending on shell length. Standard specifications include an 18.5" smoothbore barrel, a 26.1" overall length and an unloaded weight of 6.9 lb.
