The Beretta 686 Silver Pigeon I is an over/under field shotgun built on Beretta's 686 action and offered in .410 bore. It features Steelium/Optimachoke HP cold-hammer-forged barrels with internal choke tubes and a spherical steel front bead. The stock and forend are selected walnut with an oil finish and a glossy treatment on metal surfaces; the Silver Pigeon I includes the EXTRALIGHT® recoil pad.
This configuration is a 2-round break-open field model offered with 28in barrels and is supplied with a set of interchangeable chokes. The gun is intended as a lightweight, pointable field shotgun for hunting and recreational shooting.
