The Savage Rascal is a compact, single-shot bolt-action .22 designed for youth and beginner shooters. It features a synthetic youth-sized stock, manual safety and Savage's user-adjustable AccuTrigger. The action cocks by lifting the bolt and the receiver is drilled and tapped for optics. This Rascal model has a 16.125 in blued sporter barrel, adjustable rear peep sight and a metal bead front sight. It is a single-round, fixed feed single-shot platform with a compact overall length and a light 2.71 lb weight, making it suitable for training, recreation and small-bore target work. Available in a range of bright finishes, this SKU is the red synthetic variant and ships with the factory single-shot configuration.
