No. 1 single-shot falling-block rifle in 6.5 Creedmoor built with a blued alloy steel barreled action and walnut stock. This 1-shot sporter configuration was offered as a 28in-barrel Ruger No. 1 1-B (Sporter) and was distributed through Lipsey’s distributor channels.
The No. 1 features a falling-block action with a sliding tang safety and integral quarter-rib scope mounts machined to accept Ruger patented scope rings. The rifle is intended as a high-quality hunting/collecting single-shot rifle in classic blued finish with walnut furniture.
