The Springfield Armory Hellion 18" is a 5.56 bullpup rifle built around a short overall length with an 18" CMV, Melonite®-coated 1:7 barrel. It uses a two-position adjustable short-stroke piston system and ships with an included 30-round Magpul PMAG Gen M3 and a Bravo Company BCMGUNFIGHTER™ Mod 3 pistol grip.
The Hellion features fully ambidextrous controls and a reversible ejection system, integrated flip-up front and rear sights, a polymer M-LOK® handguard, a five-position adjustable stock with cheek riser, and a 4-prong flash hider.
