The Springfield Armory M1A Standard Issue in Moss Green is a 7.62mm (.308 WIN / 7.62x51mm NATO) semi-automatic rifle built on the M1A platform. This configuration features a 22" 6-groove carbon steel, 1:11" twist barrel and a synthetic moss green stock.
Equipped with a National Match .062" front sight and a military .0690 aperture rear sight with MOA adjustment, the rifle uses a two-stage military trigger and ships with a single 10-round detachable box magazine. A long slotted flash suppressor is fitted at the muzzle.
This M1A configuration is a classic Service-style semi-auto rifle suitable for range use and sport/competition shooting, offering a robust, traditional design with modern synthetic furniture and standard M1A sighting components.
