The Smith & Wesson M&P FPC is a folding, optics-ready pistol-caliber carbine chambered in 9mm Luger. The compact folding design features a horizontal folding mechanism with a locking latch that folds the carbine to 16.38in for transport and extends to 30.38in for use. The FPC includes in-stock magazine storage in the polymer stock that holds two magazines and ships with one 17-round and two 23-round double-stack M&P pistol magazines.
Built with a 16.25in 4140 steel barrel with 1:10" rifling and a 1/2-28 threaded muzzle (thread protector included), the FPC uses a blowback semi-automatic action, an aluminum tubular receiver with hard coat black anodized finish, an M-LOK handguard with a Picatinny-style top rail, and an integrated recoil buffer system. The carbine ships with interchangeable palmswell grip adapters and a carrying bag with storage.
