The Smith & Wesson M&P15 Sport III in a state-compliant fixed-stock configuration is chambered in 5.56 NATO and shipped with a 16 in heavy barrel and a 10-round capacity. This compliant configuration is offered in a black finish.
Built on 7075-T6 aluminum receivers with a 4140 steel barrel finished in Armornite, the Sport III features a free-floating 15 in M-LOK handguard, a mid-length gas system and a 1:8" 5R rifled barrel. The design includes a forged integral trigger guard, chromed firing pin, forward assist and dust cover, and a full-length Picatinny top rail for mounting optics.
This SKU is the fixed-stock, state-compliant Sport III variant intended for sale in jurisdictions requiring fixed-stock / reduced-capacity configurations.
