The MCX-Regulator is built on the MCX family with an aluminum frame and a short-stroke gas-piston operating system. This 5.56 NATO configuration features a cold hammer-forged 16 in. carbon steel barrel, a SIG-designed muzzle brake, and ships in a flat dark earth IR Cerakote finish.
The platform includes a Magpul SGA-style stock in FDE, a fully ambidextrous magazine release, safety selector and bolt catch, a two-stage match trigger, a built-in Arca rail and an M-LOK aluminum handguard. The RMCX-556N-16B-IR SKU is supplied with a 30-round magazine and measures 39.1 in. overall (weight with magazine 7.9 lbs).
