The SIG Sauer MCX SPEAR LT is a short-stroke piston, gas-operated semi-automatic rifle chambered in 5.56 NATO with a 16in cold-hammer-forged carbon steel barrel. The SPEAR LT features a free-float aluminum M-LOK handguard with a MIL-STD 1913 top rail for mounting optics and accessories.
The rifle is built with a lightweight folding stock and fully ambidextrous controls including ambidextrous bolt catch/release and selector. It ships configured with a 30rd magazine and includes a two-position gas valve to support suppressed and unsuppressed operation.
Factory features include an optics-ready upper, a SIG flatblade match trigger option, and a SIG QD suppressor-ready flash hider optimized for SIG QD suppressors.
