The Ruger 10/22 is the updated production 10/22 platform featuring a crisp BX-Trigger® and a match bolt release for easier bolt operation. The receiver incorporates a rear cleaning port to provide access to the barrel from the rear of the receiver for simplified maintenance. This configuration ships with a synthetic polymer stock and factory iron sights (adjustable rear, gold bead front) and includes a 10-round rotary magazine.
This model is offered with an 18.5 inch blued cold-hammer-forged barrel and a black synthetic stock with textured panels on the pistol grip and forend for improved purchase. The rifle is intended as a lightweight, general-purpose .22 LR carbine for plinking, small-game hunting and recreational/range use.
