The Ruger PC Carbine is a takedown pistol-caliber carbine chambered in 9mm Luger with a 16.12in fluted, cold-hammer-forged barrel. Model 19100 ships with a threaded 1/2"-28 muzzle and a 17-round factory capacity.
The rifle uses Ruger's dead-blow action (a modified blowback with a tungsten dead-blow weight) to shorten bolt travel and reduce felt recoil. The receiver includes an integral Picatinny-style rail for optics mounting and a barrel-mounted accessory rail; iron sights are a protected blade front and an adjustable ghost-ring rear.
The PC Carbine features an aluminum-alloy receiver with a Type III hard-coat anodized finish and a black synthetic stock with a textured grip and adjustable length-of-pull spacers for fit. It is a quick-takedown design with interchangeable magazine wells to accept Ruger SR-series and many Glock-pattern magazines.
