The Ruger 10/22 Takedown .22 LR separates easily by locking the bolt back, verifying the rifle is unloaded, pressing the recessed lever, twisting the subassemblies, and pulling them apart for compact storage. Its cold hammer-forged stainless steel barrel features a matte stainless finish and is secured by a two-screw V-block system for consistent alignment and durability. Gold bead front and adjustable rear sights provide clear sight picture, while the included combination scope base adapter supports Weaver-style and .22 tip-off scope mounts.
