The SU-16C is a gas-piston, semi-automatic sport-utility rifle chambered for 5.56 NATO (.223 Rem). It features a 16-inch heavy barrel with a 1/2-28 threaded muzzle, an integrated MIL-STD-1913 Picatinny rail on the receiver for optics, and M16/AR-15 compatible magazine feed.
Designed with a true under-folding stock that can be fired folded, the SU-16C uses impact-resistant glass-reinforced Zytel construction with an aluminum barrel insert. The forend doubles as a bipod and the rifle ships with adjustable front and rear iron sights suitable for general sport shooting and range use.
