The DDM4 V7 Pro is Daniel Defense's competition-oriented V7 variant built around an 18 inch cold-hammer-forged, S2W barrel and a rifle-length gas system for improved accuracy and reduced perceived recoil. Factory features for the Pro include a Geissele SD-3G style competition trigger, the Daniel Defense Muzzle Climb Mitigator (threaded 1/2x28), and a free-floating MFR M-LOK handguard for broad accessory mounting.
Receivers are CNC-machined 7075-T6 aluminum with Type III hard coat anodize, and the bolt carrier / bolt materials and treatments conform to Daniel Defense mil-spec construction. The rifle ships with one 32-round magazine and Daniel Defense glass-filled polymer buttstock and pistol grip with soft-touch overmolding. Sights are not included (flat top/1913 Picatinny rail provided), making the rifle optics-ready out of the box.
