The Colt M4 Carbine CR6960 is a semi-automatic AR-style carbine chambered in 5.56x45 NATO. It ships with a 16.1in lightweight-profile barrel with a 1:7" RH twist and uses a mid-length gas system. Factory configuration includes an M-LOK handguard and a 30-round magazine (30+1 capacity).
Factory specifications list an overall length of 32in to 35.5in, a flat-top upper with Magpul/MBUS style rear sight provision, a reversible safety selector, and 1/2-28 muzzle threads finished with an A2-style flash hider.
