The Winchester Model 70 Super Grade is a premium bolt-action hunting rifle built with a finely finished fancy-grade walnut stock and a shadowline cheekpiece. It features Winchester’s M.O.A. trigger system, a free-floating cold hammer-forged barrel and one-piece steel bottom metal with a hinged magazine floorplate.
The Model 70 Super Grade uses a controlled-round-feed claw extractor and a three-position safety. Magnum chamberings (including .300 Winchester Magnum) are configured with a 3-round internal magazine and are supplied without iron sights (intended for scope mounting).
