Manufacturer Description
The Winchester XPR Strata MB is a factory camo variant of the XPR bolt-action hunting rifle family finished with TrueTimber Strata on an advanced polymer stock and Perma-Cote Flat Dark Earth on metal components. Selected Strata MB models are fitted from the factory with a threaded muzzle and a radial-style muzzle brake and feature a free-floated, precision button-rifled barrel.
Built around Winchester's XPR platform, the rifle uses the adjustable M.O.A. trigger system (factory set ~3½ lb), a thumb-operable two-position safety, a bolt-unlock button for safe unloading with the safety on, and textured polymer gripping surfaces with an Inflex recoil pad. XPR models are designed to be mounted with scope rings (receiver drilled/tapped on applicable models) and use a removable box magazine.
