The Winchester Model 70 Super Grade is a premium bolt-action hunting rifle built with a free-floating, cold-hammer-forged barrel and a full-fancy walnut stock with shadowline cheekpiece and finely cut checkering. The action features Winchester’s controlled-round-feed bolt with a three-position safety and the M.O.A. trigger system for an adjustable, crisp break. The Super Grade includes a Pachmayr Decelerator recoil pad and one-piece steel bottom metal with a hinged floorplate magazine. This Super Grade variant is chambered in 7mm Remington Magnum with a 26 in barrel, a 3-round internal magazine, and a receiver drilled and tapped for scope mounts (scope and mounts not included). The rifle is finished with highly polished/blued metal surfaces and is offered with Grade IV/V full fancy walnut furniture for a classic appearance.
