Tikka T3x Lite Roughtech rifles use a Roughtech textured synthetic stock (Ember camo in this variant) paired with a fluted, cold-hammer-forged barrel and fluted bolt. Roughtech models are offered from the factory with a threaded muzzle and include a muzzle brake. The T3x platform features a single-stage adjustable trigger and a two-position safety with bolt release.
The Roughtech finish and textured stock are intended for improved durability and grip in hunting conditions. Detachable single-row magazines are used on the Lite Roughtech line (typical 3-round capacity on common centerfire configurations).
