The Tikka T3x Lite Stainless is a left-hand short-action bolt rifle built with stainless-steel metal parts and a glass-fiber reinforced polymer synthetic stock. It features a free-floating, cold hammer-forged stainless barrel and is supplied without open sights; integral rails and receiver tap holes are provided for scope mounting.
The rifle uses a single-column detachable magazine (3 in magazine + 1 in chamber), a single-stage adjustable trigger (1–2 kg / 2–4 lb), and a two-stage safety that locks the trigger and the bolt when engaged. The Lite configuration is marketed for hunting and lightweight field use with a 22.4 in barrel and a lightweight synthetic stock.
