The Savage Mark II Minimalist is a bolt-action rimfire rifle built around Boyd's Minimalist laminate stock and a 18 in carbon steel sporter-contour barrel. It ships with a user-adjustable AccuTrigger, a 10-round detachable magazine and 2-piece Weaver bases for mounting optics.
The barrel is factory-threaded 1/2-28 with a protective cap and features button rifling for improved accuracy. The Minimalist variant is offered in a green laminate finish and is marketed for recreational shooting and small-game hunting.
