The Savage Axis II Pro in .243 Winchester is a bolt-action hunting rifle built on Savage’s updated AXIS platform. This configuration features a 20 in carbon-steel heavy sporter barrel with a Gun Metal Bronze Cerakote finish and a one-piece Picatinny rail over the receiver. The rifle ships with a detachable 4-round magazine and an AccuTrigger user-adjustable trigger.
The Axis II Pro uses a synthetic stock in Savage Western camo and a redesigned ergonomic profile with textured gripping surfaces. The barrel is threaded from the factory for muzzle devices or suppressors, and the action includes a tang-mounted two-position safety.
