The Axis 2 XP is a member of Savage's updated AXIS rifle family and pairs the user-adjustable AccuTrigger with a factory-mounted, boresighted 3-9x40 scope for an out-of-the-box hunting package. The AXIS 2 platform adds the AccuTrigger and multi-slot receiver bases for easier scope mounting. Axis 2 stocks are offered in synthetic colors including OD Green, Gray, and Flat Dark Earth, with a hardwood XP option available that features laser-cut stippling on the grip and forend. The AXIS 2 XP family is available in a variety of calibers and configurations (including compact and left-hand models) and carries an MSRP of $549 for the standard AXIS 2 XP model.
