The Savage Axis 2 Pro is a modernized Axis-series bolt-action hunting rifle built around Savage’s user-adjustable AccuTrigger and a detachable box magazine. This Pro configuration pairs a Forest SP camouflage synthetic stock with Cerakote-finished metal components and an oversized ergonomic bolt handle for improved control and comfort. Factory features include a one-piece Picatinny rail over the action for optics mounting, a threaded 20" barrel for muzzle devices or suppressors, and a free-floating/heavier contour 20" carbon steel barrel (compact models vary). The Axis 2 Pro is offered in full-size, compact and left-hand configurations and is intended as a versatile hunting and recreational/range rifle.
