The Savage Axis II XP is a bolt-action, hunt-ready package built around a blued, button-rifled 22 in (55.9 cm) barrel and a user-adjustable AccuTrigger. This FDE synthetic-stocked variant is supplied with a factory-mounted, bore-sighted 3-9x40mm scope and uses a detachable 4-round box magazine.
