The Ruger American Rimfire Standard (Model 8301) is a bolt-action .22 LR rifle with a 22 in cold hammer-forged barrel and satin blued finish. It ships with a black synthetic ergonomic stock featuring two interchangeable length-of-pull modules and a flush-mounted, detachable BX-1 10-round rotary magazine.
The rifle includes a Williams fiber-optic front sight and an adjustable rear sight, a receiver-machined 3/8" rimfire scope base (drilled and tapped for Weaver #12 bases), Ruger Marksman Adjustable™ trigger, tang safety, Power Bedding™ integral bedding block system, sling swivel studs and a 60° bolt throw to provide ample scope clearance.
