The Ruger Hawkeye FTW Hunter is a bolt-action hunting rifle chambered in .300 Winchester Magnum with a 24 in stainless, cold hammer-forged barrel. It ships with the Ruger Muzzle Brake System (removable radial-port muzzle brake and dynamically matched muzzle weight with thread protector) to reduce felt recoil and preserve point of impact when swapped.
Factory features verified for FTW Hunter models include Ruger's LC6 trigger, a Mauser-type controlled-round-feed extractor, a three-position safety that permits loading/unloading with the safety engaged, adjustable length-of-pull spacers, and Ruger's integral scope-mount cuts on the receiver for optic mounting.
