The Ruger Hawkeye Long-Range Hunter is a bolt-action hunting rifle chambered in 6.5 Creedmoor. It features a free-floated, cold hammer-forged stainless steel barrel with 5R rifling, an LC6™ two-stage adjustable target trigger, and a radial-port muzzle brake to reduce felt recoil. The rifle ships with an AI-style detachable magazine and has integral scope mounts with a factory 20 MOA Picatinny rail for long-range elevation adjustments.
This configuration is finished in Hawkeye Matte Stainless with a speckled black/brown laminate stock. Factory specifications list a 22in barrel, 5-round capacity, no iron sights, an overall length range of 42.25in–43.75in, and a weight of 7.2 lbs.
