The Ruger American Rimfire in .22 WMR is a bolt-action, magazine-fed rimfire rifle built on Ruger’s American Rimfire platform. This SKU features an 18in cold hammer-forged barrel finished in satin blued alloy steel and a black synthetic stock. It ships with Williams fiber-optic front sight and an adjustable folding-leaf rear sight.
The rifle is chambered in .22 WMR and uses a detachable 9-round magazine designed for the magnum rimfire cartridge. The receiver is machined with a 3/8" rimfire scope base and is drilled and tapped for Weaver #12 bases; the barrel is factory-threaded 1/2"-28 with a factory thread protector. The rifle incorporates Ruger’s Power Bedding® system and an adjustable Marksman-style trigger (as specified for the American Rimfire family).
