Ruger's 77/44 is a short, brush-ready bolt-action rifle chambered in .44 Magnum. The Desolve Bare Reduced variant pairs a brushed stainless, cold hammer-forged, threaded 16.6in barrel with a synthetic stock finished in Desolve Bare Reduced camo. The rifle uses a flush-fit, 4-round rotary magazine and features integral scope mounts with included rings.
Factory features include a 5/8x24 threaded muzzle (thread protector installed), a stainless-steel bolt with a 90° throw, a three-position safety, sling swivel studs, a gold-bead front sight and an adjustable rear sight. The updated 77/44 models were offered by Ruger with manufacturer MSRPs published at introduction.
