The Ruger Precision Rimfire in .17 HMR is a bolt-action rimfire rifle built on a molded, one-piece glass-filled nylon chassis with an adjustable Quick-Fit stock. It features a 15" free-float hard-anodized aluminum handguard with M-LOK slots and an 18" cold hammer-forged, 1/2"-28 threaded barrel. The rifle ships with a single BX-15® Magnum magazine and an anodized Picatinny scope base for optics mounting.
Other factory features include an oversized bolt handle, Ruger Marksman adjustable trigger, a 45° reversible safety selector, and an adjustable length-of-pull. Intended for precision rimfire shooting, the rifle offers an overall length of 35.13in–38.63in and a listed weight of 6.8 lbs.
