Part of Ruger’s American Rifle Generation II family, this configuration is chambered in 6.5 PRC with a 20 in. spiral-fluted cold hammer-forged barrel and a threaded muzzle with factory muzzle brake. The action is a three-lug bolt fed by a removable AICS-style 3-round magazine and uses Ruger’s Marksman adjustable trigger and a three-position tang safety.
The Gen II features a full-length, factory-installed Picatinny optics rail and a splatter-finished Gen II polymer stock (gray splatter) with adjustable length-of-pull and comb options. This model is intended for hunting and precision/sport shooting applications and carries the Ruger Gen II line MSRP.
